Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy, especially in the region around the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrentine Peninsula and the coast of Amalfi, and islands of Procida, Ischia, and Capri. Here at Cento Uno we have created our own version. Taking Amalfi Lemons we have left them to macerate for over 1 month to extract the maximum amount of flavour. We have also given it a good punch with a ABV of 35%. Grazie Mille
