The Pink Lady is a classic gin-based cocktail with a long history. Its pink colour is due to adding grenadine. For this recipe we mix the Good Life Gin, 30/40 Calvados Liqeur, Manzana Apple Liqueur + Grenadine. The original recipe calls for 1 egg white to be shaken with the cocktail giving it a smoothy creamy texture. This is optional! Simply pour 75ml into a short /rocks glass filled with ice + Enjoy!
